As a registered user, if you wish to cancel a confirmed enrolment, either prior to or after the commencement of the course, then you can send a formal request to our concerned team.

We will initiate any refunds due pursuant to the Payments Terms. Refund entitlement is calculated on the total fees due under the contract, less the applicable non-refundable registration fee. Our ability to refund the Course Fees and other amounts charged to you will depend upon the terms of the applicable cancellation policy.

If in case we cancel confirmed enrolment made, we will refund the Course Fees paid by the student for such enrolment. The refund amount shall not exceed the total amount paid by the student.

We reserve the right to postpone/cancel a course because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.) In case of such cancellation or postponement, amount paid towards fees will be refunded to the student after excluding transaction charges.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the student.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the refund request is approved by us.

Rescheduling Policy:

In case we reschedule the course, the options available to the students are:

1.      100% refund, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the student’s schedule.

2.      The student would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future on any date of a scheduled course. A credit note will be issued for balance amount.

Timeline and Days:

In case of wrong payment, additional payment or cancellation the refund process will be initiated within 7-10 working days.

All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the refund request is approved by us.

Refund policy by Service Process Stage

The customer cannot cancel his/ her enrolment after completion of two classes of the course that he/she enrolled for. This is applicable for all course with duration more than 3 Months.

For shorter duration courses which are less than equal to 3months, cancellation is not allowed. 

If we receive notice of withdrawal from a student within first two classes of the enrolled course or within 10% of the period of instruction specified in the course duration, whichever is lower, we may retain 25% of the total fees paid. 

If the student attends classes for more than two weeks or more than two classes of the enrolled course or accesses more than 10% of the course content, whichever is lower, then entire fee has to be paid.

In case, the student has not paid the fee, then he will have to pay the due amount as per the number of classes attended for that particular course.

For short term courses with duration less than or equal to 3 months, there will not be any refund of fees paid. However, based on then existing enrolment status and availability of seats in other similar short-term courses, student may be offered to take up any other short-term course being offered during the same time period.

Refund alternatives

The customer is entitled to an equivalent value company credit in case he/she qualifies for a refund of the service, if he/she chooses so.
